I am so EXCITED!

I will have some HONEY the middle of September.

Thank you ladies (the honey bees).

Honey will be available in several size jars, and of course the adorable honey bear.

You can buy my raw honey at Shear Body, Cafe Mojo and BVD's  (Check the 'From my Kitchen' page for addresses)

Installation Day.

A 3 pound package of bees contains 15,000-18,000 bees and 1 Queen.

Rick, a master bee keeper for 25 years, demonstrates how it's done.
